Get started by logging in with your unique credentials. Your Surf account is your gateway to streamlined sales pipeline management. Once logged in, you’re ready to take control.​

It’s time to populate your sales pipeline with potential deals. Click on “Add Deal/s” to start. Specify the deal details, such as the prospect’s name, deal value, and expected close date. This step sets the stage for managing your sales opportunities effectively.

Populate the necessary fields with relevant deal information. Include key details like deal stage, deal type, and any custom fields tailored to your business needs. Once you’ve filled in the required information, hit “SUBMIT” to officially add the deal to your pipeline.

As your deal progresses, update its stage accordingly. Is it in the “Prospecting” phase, “Negotiation,” or “Closed-Won”? Alongside this, the “Note” section allows you to provide valuable insights, updates, or any additional information related to the deal’s status. Keeping detailed notes is key to effective sales management.

When a deal reaches its final outcome, make sure to mark it as “Won” or “Lost.” This step provides crucial data for future analysis and helps you understand the effectiveness of your sales efforts.

After you’ve registered your deals and kept them updated, the end-user view becomes a treasure trove of insights. You can analyze your entire sales pipeline, track performance against quotas, and make data-driven decisions. It’s a powerful tool to guide your sales team toward success.​
